Opelousas Funeral services for William Aubrey Joubert, 79, will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at 11:00 am in Sibille Funeral Home Chapel and the interment will follow in the Bayou Rouge Pentecostal Cemetery, Bayou Rouge, La.

Rev. Eldon Reeves will conduct the services

Mr. Joubert was a resident of Opelousas, La and died on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at 11:24 a.m. in St. Landry Extended Care in Opelousas, La.

Survivors of Mr. Joubert are as follows: Sons. Joe Joubert, Opelousas, La, Darryl Wayne Joubert, Florida; Daughter, Sandra Joubert, Arkansas; Brother; Gerald Joseph Joubert, New Orleans; Sister, Nettie Courville; 11 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.

Mr. Joubert was preceeded in death by his wife, Annie Lou Ledoux Joubert, parents. William Thurling and Angelle Lefluer Joubert.

Visiting hours will be observed on Friday, June 15, 2007 beginning at 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am until time of service in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas, La.
