Whitney Richard

P Lawtell Private graveside services and interment for Mr. Whitney Adam Richard, 74, are scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2007, at the St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery in Lawtell.
Mr. Richard, a native of Lawtell, died at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the DeQuincy Memorial Hospital in DeQuincy.

Survivors include his great nephew, Bryant P. McClelland of Church Point; great niece, Penny R. McClelland of Opelousas;

niece, Diana D. McClelland of Opelousas; three great great nephews, Spencer, Christian, and Garrett; a sister, Mrs. Virgin Petit McClelland of Opelousas; a host of cousins; and a special friend, Theresa Shorty Daniels of Opelousas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Artimese Blanchard Richard.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
