Weldon Frazier

Opelousas Graveside Funeral services for Mr. Weldon Frank Frazier, age 86, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2012, at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama.
Mr. Frazier was born in Eureka, Texas and was a longtime resident of Opelousas. He died on Friday, January 6, 2012, at Opelousas General Health System.
He was retired from Exxon with over 39 years of service. He was of the Methodist faith. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge of Texas and the Shriners Club of Louisiana.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Ruby Glover Frazier of Opelousas soninlaw, Ben Forrester of Helena, Alabama one sister, Lorrine White of Livingston, Texas and two granddaughters, Abby and Rachael Forrester of Helena, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John A. Frazier and Cora Young Frazier one daughter, Carol Frazier Forrester and 10 brothers and sisters.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, from 6 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
