Thelma Barnard

A Private Memorial Service will be held for, Thelma Barnard, age 83, who passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Opelousas General Medical Center.

Ms. Barnard enjoyed sewing and cooking. In her earlier years she also loved being outdoors tending to her garden and fishing. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons, James Barnard and wife, Annette and William Barnard; her daughters, Bobbie Sue Wyche and husband, Tom, Cindy Milanovich, and Terry Waldron and husband, Michael. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Edith Klein and her grandson, Chaz Milanovich.

In lieu of flowers it would be deeply appreciated, if donations could be made at Iberia Bank, to help Thelma's great-grandson, Camden Barnard, who's fighting leukemia.
