Tamra Miano Young

Opelousas A Memorial service for Mrs. Tamra Miano Young, age 51, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the LA Memorial Methodist Church in Opelousas. Rev. Pam Roy will officiate the service.
Tamra was a native of Ohio and a longtime resident of Opelousas. She died on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Lafayette General Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Survivors include her husband of fifteen years, Michael A. Young of Opelousas three brothers: Mikel Lee Miano, Jay Miano and Timothy Miano three brothersinlaw: Richard Young, Chris Young and Mark Young one sister, P.J. Miano Krofta three sistersinlaws: Carolyn Miller, Mandi Young, Debbie Young Gelpi.
Tamra was preceded in death by her parents: Alex F. Miano and Grace Gongaware Miano Hannas one sister, Tracie Lou Miano fatherinlaw, Bruce Young and motherinlaw, Rita Young.
Visiting hours will be held at the LA Memorial Methodist Church on Saturday, March 13, 2010, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
After the service, the family would like to invite all friends to a family gathering in the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to help defray medical expenses.
