Opelousas - Funeral services for Ms. Tammy Latiolais, age 43, will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial , La. Rev. Perry Hubbs will officiate the service.

Tammy was a native of Opelousas and resident of Prairie Ronde. She died on Saturday, May 9, 2009, at Opelousas General Health System. Tammy was an LPN in Dr. Jeffery Thibodeaux's office for many years. She was a loving mother and friend.

Tammy is survived by her sons, Mathew Mire of Duson and Samuel Latiolais of Prairie Ronde; and one grandchild. She also leaves a host of friends to mourn her passing.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Cathy Hazelwood Lundy.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. until the 4:00 p.m. service.
