Opelousas Funeral services for Stacey M. Jackson, age 36, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, with a service in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park in New Iberia. Rev. Greg Gardon will officate the Service.

Stacey passed on Tuesday April 3, 2012 at her home in Port Barre. She enjoyed fishing and cleaning her house. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Jackson of Opelousas, her father, Glendon Wayne Moore, of Franklin, her mother and step father, Donnie and Robie Steno of Port Barre, her grandfather Carrol Steno of Plauceville, her children, Jessie Carpenter of Lafayette, Trevor Carpenter of Lafayette, Camero Steno of Port Barre, Nicholas Jackson of Opelousas, Joseph Royal Jackson of Opelousas, Step children Stacey Young of Opelousas, Veronica Taylor of Opelousas, Detra Jackson of Opelousas, Clarkeisha Jackson of Opelousas, Clarence Paul Jackson, and wife, Tess of youngville, Akeem Jackson of Beaumount TX, Nathaniel Angelle of Lafayette, sisters, Jody Bergeron of Port Barre, Toshia Nelems of Lafayette, brother, Travis Moore of Opelousas, nineteen grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.


Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
