Port Barre Funeral services for Ms. Rosie Courville, age 75, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2010, with a service in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery.
Patrick Braquet Chaplain with LA Hospice and Palliative Care will officiate the service.
Survivors include her daughter Barbara Phillips and husband, David of Pelham, Alabama one sister Shirley Trahan and husband, Wallace of Port Barre four grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Courville her parents, Angelo Pepitone and Angelle Bernard Pepitone her daughter, Diana Baye and her brother, Raymond Pepitone.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre beginning on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. On Thursday, visitation will continue from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services.
A Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening in the funeral home.
