Ronald Stobinski

OPELOUSAS- A Funeral Service for, Ronald Stobinski, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas; with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Randy Wilding will conduct the service. Burial will be held at a later date.

Ronald, age 50, a native of Florida and resident of Grand Coteau, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at home with his wife, Chris by his side.

Ronald enjoyed spending time outdoors going to the beach, horseback riding, camping and canoeing. He had an eye for collecting beautiful antiques. Ronald loved listening to music, watching movies, and observing and creating art. He was a dedicated member of A.A.L.A.S and Moose-Homestead, FL. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Stobinski; mother, Eva Butz Stobinski; daughter, Melisa Stobinski; step-daughter, Samantha Bowers; brother, Raymond Stobinski, Jr. and wife, Bonnie; 3 grandchildren, Chance, Kylie and Keagon; and his nieces and nephews, krystina, Raymond III, Joseph, Ashley, Michael, Westley, Alexis, Ethan, Emily, Christina and Lindsey.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond "Big Ray" Stobinski, Sr.; son, Daniel Stobinski; grandmother, Maddie Pearl Clifton; and step-father, Dave Butz.

Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Stobinski, Daniel Adkins, Michael Adkins, Ethan Springer, Jeff Quebedeaux and Mike Disbrow.
