Ronald Johnson

Opelousas -- Ronald A. Johnson passed away on May 30, 2017 at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home at the age of 76.

Ronald served in the Navy from 1957-1961 and retired after many years of service with the Baton Rouge Fire Department.

He is survived by daughters, Yvette Dupont and her husband, Mark of Washington, Annette Jackson and her husband, Robert of Slaughter, LA., Tracie Marchand and her husband, John of Gonzales, Jodi Stevens and her husband, Chad of Baton Rouge, and brother, Riley Johnson of Krotz Springs, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mickey Johnson and his parents, Avery and Angelique "Ann" Johnson, brothers, Carlton and Eddie Johnson.
