Opelousas- Funeral services for Ronald Bellard, Jr. will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2012, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas. Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre. The Rev. Benny Reppond will officiate the funeral service. brbr Ronald was a resident of Opelousas, he passed away on November 22, 2012 at the age of 29. He was employed with his father for many years at Big and Small Plumbing; he is currently employed with Aucoin Plumbing. And he was the drummer in the band Rivet, and enjoyed cooking and hunting.br Above all else he was known of the love of his wife and his daughter.brbr Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Ashley Mutchler Bellard of Opelousas, his daughter, Alexandra Beth Bellard of Opelousas, his parents, Ronald Bellard Sr., and wife, Tammy of Opelousas, Becky Richard and husband, Kenneth of Scott, his brother, Cory and Zach Bellard, of Opelousas, Johnny Richard of Carencro, his sister, Veronica Richard and husband, Joey of Scott, La., nieces, Kaitlyn, Kimberleigh, Nephews, Kaesen, Carsen, and Jordan.br br Ronald was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph and Jacques Bellard, grandparents, Noah Bellard, Jr. and Ewell and Bevelyn Gautreaux.brbr The family requested that the visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre, on Saturday, November 24, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. with an all night wake until time of service on Sunday at 3:30 pm in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. brbr A reflection service will be at 6:30 pm, and at 7:00 pm a rosary service will be recited in the funeral home chapel.brbrWords of comfort to the family may be expressed at www.sibillefuneralhomes.com.
