Percy Stoute

Port Barre - Funeral services for Percy "Buddy" Stoute will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015, in the Sibille Funeral Home. Rev. Benji Richard will officiate the services.
Buddy was a resident of Port Barre. He passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at Opelousas General Health System, at the age of 56. He loved hunting, fishing and working on old cars. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Mercy Villere Stoute, of Port Barre, his children, Mark Stoute and his wife, Angie of Opelousas, and Johnny Stoute and his wife, Jennifer of Church Point, sister, Cheryl Thompson and her husband, George of Port Barre, brother, Gary Stoute of Carencro, and Bob Stoute and his wife, Enola of Port Barre, 8 grandchildren.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Stoute, and Hazel Woodson and one granddaughter, Karen Daniel Stoute.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Rosary service will be recited at 1:00 p.m.
