Paul Janise

Leonville– A Memorial Service will be announced for Paul Gervis Janise at a later date.

Paul, age 86, a resident of Arnaudville, entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Opelousas General Health System.

Paul enjoyed country living and listening to French music. He was a devoted Catholic, he enjoyed attending Mass and recited the rosary daily. Paul will be remembered as a dedicated family man. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sons, Ronnie Janice and wife, Jeanita and Dennis P. Janice and fiancé, Darlene Bergeron Hudson; brother, Newton Janise; grandchildren, April Lafleur, Jeremey Janice, Dennis J. Janice and Enjolee Delcambre-Janice; great-grandchildren, Jacob Janice, Brayden Hebert, Noah Lafleur, Brilee Rogers and Parker Rogers.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Janise; parents, Etienne Janise and Olivia Richard Janise; brother, Henry Janise.
