Port Barre Funeral services for Orema David Lemoine, age 86, are pending for Saturday.
She was a resident of Port Barre and a former life long resident Oscar, LA., She died on Thursday, December 2, 2010, at her daughter home. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a wonderful mother, wife, and grand mother. She enjoyed cooking and working in her yard.
Survivors include her daughter Lena Leger and her husband Terry, of Port Barre, and three step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Adam and Orelia David, her husband Dudley Lemoine, her sister Velma St. Romain, and one grand son Michael Webber.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre on Friday, December 3, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
A Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home.
