OPELOUSAS- A Private Graveside Service will be held for Nolan “Boy” Guidroz at Bellevue Memorial Park in Opelousas, LA. Monsignor Russell Harrington will conduct the service.
Mr. Nolan, age 80, a resident of Houma, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020 at Terrebonne General Medical Center.
Mr. Nolan enjoyed singing and playing his guitar, he loved the oldies but goodies. He loved being outdoors riding his four-wheeler, but his passion was hunting. Mr. Guidroz will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his daughters, Dawn Mulvihill and husband, John Mulvihill of Houma, Terrie McGuire and husband, Dave McGuire of Spring, TX and Cynthia Scott and husband, Johnny Scott of Malvern, AL; sisters, Mary Ann Bellard, Lorena Foster and Velma Bihm; grandchildren, Tyler, Devin, Amber, Ashley, Laurie-Ann, Amy, Sarah and Wendy; and 7 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Dianna Polk Guidroz; parents, Gervais Guidroz and Marie Moreau Guidroz; brothers, Curly and John Arthur Guidroz; and sisters, Vallie Duffy, Anne Guidroz and Nola Guidroz.
Pallbearers will be John Guidroz, Brian Bellard and Phillip Foster.
