Port Barre- A funeral service for Nicholas J. Faul will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in the First Baptist Church. Rite of Committal and interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Nicholas passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016, at his home, at the age of 31. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, loved his nieces, nephews and his dog. He had a special bond with Caidon Soileau. Nicholas was devoted to his wife Summier.
Nicholas is survived by his loving wife, Summier Barron Faul of Port Barre, parents, Greig and Denise Elder Duplechain of Port Barre, brother, Benjamin Faul and his wife, Shawna of Dallas, TX., sister, Sara Faul of Port Barre, nephews', Caidon and Easton Soileau, nieces, Kyndal Faul and Maci Soileau, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dale and Cindy Barron of Port Barre, sister-in-laws, Reginia Barron and her companion, Andrew Fontenot and Candis Barron Boudreaux and her husband, Chief Deon Boudreaux.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his father, Frank Faul, and his sister-in-law, Dana Barron.
Visiting hours will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Visitation will continue Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Port Barre.
