Miss Beatrice Hayes

Grand Coteau A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for Mrs. Beatrice Hayes, known to many as Miss Bea. Rite of Committal and interment will follow in the St. Charles Cemetery.
Bea was a native and longtime resident of Sunset, LA. She passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Lafayette at the age of 90. She was a homemaker and Senior Companion who would sit with the elderly. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include five sons: Oliver Hayes of Virginia Ronald Fusilier of Sunset Anthony Fusilier, Jr. of Carencro Kirt Fusilier and Joey Fusilier, both of Sunset two daughters, Jeanette Marie Domingue and husband, Eric of Zachary and Linda Hayes of Sunset one halfbrother, Raymond White of Lawtell two sisters, Gertrude McCue of San Diego, CA and Willie Mae Reynolds of Port Arthur, TX 18 grandchildren and 46 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Fusilier, Sr. her parents, Lawrence Hayes and Rosa Banks son, Charles Hayes daughter, Mary Ann Hayes and four brothers.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Grand Coteau on Saturday, March 23, 2013, from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
A Rosary service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning in the funeral home.
