Opelousas Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Beverly Prudhomme Sanders, 63, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held privately.

Rev. Alan Spence will conduct the service. The songs that will be sung at the service are; Old Rugged Cross, How Great Thou Art, and Amazing Grace.

Mrs. Sanders was born in Prairie Ronde and lived most of her life in Opelousas. She worked as a waitress at several of the area Restaurants where she met and established her many friends. Beverly is going to be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Beverly is survived by her husband, John Sanders, Opelousas; daughter, Tracy Marie Prudhomme, Opelousas; sisters, Joy Lanclos, Opelousas, Anita Papa, Opelousas, Sandra Roy, Opelousas, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Teurleing and Milliam Deville Prudhomme; sisters, Barbara Castille and Pat Bourque.

Visiting hours will be observed on Thursday, October 2, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
