Mary Jagneaux

OpelousasFuneral services for Mrs. Mary Vervale LeJeune Jagneaux, age 68, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2012, with a Funeral Service in the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Lawtell. Interment will follow in the St. Bridget Cemetery. Father Daniel Picard will officiate the services.

Mrs. Jagneaux passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at the Eunice Manor in Eunice, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church in Lawtell for many years.

She is survived by her son, Peter Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida her daughter, Penny Boehme and husband, Don of Temple, Texas three sisters, Loretta Ortego of Opelousas Dorabell LeJeune of Opelousas and Bonnie Bordelon of Lawtell six grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas LeJeune and Ament Savoy LeJeune son, David Thomas, Jr. brother, Norris LeJeune and three sisters, Lisa Theriot, Belva Mouton, and Martha LeJeune.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2012, 10 am to 2:30 pm in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.

A Rosary service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday in the funeral home.
