Martin Leroy Bobb, Sr.

Grand Coteau Funeral services for Mr. Martin Leroy Bobb, Sr. 41, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2009, in the St. Charles Catholic Church in Grand Coteau. Interment will follow in the St. Charles Cemetery. Father Clair Cazayoux, S.J. will conduct the Mass of Christian Burial.

Mr. Bobb was born in Lafayette and was currently residing in Dallas, TX. He passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2009, at Lafayette General Medical Center.

He was a Paramedic for Acadian Ambulance and was also a Real Estate Agent.

Mr. Bobb was a graduate of UL of Lafayette formerly USL with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include: his mother, Norma Jean Brown Bobb of Grand Coteau; his wife, Cheryl Bobb of Grand Coteau; one daughter, Courtney Michelle Marks of Lafayette; one son, Martin Leroy Bobb, Jr. of Grand Coteau; one brother, Elliott Terrence Bobb and wife, Wintrea of Lafayette; two sisters: Necole Bobb of Houston; TX and Marlo Bobb of Grand Coteau; four nieces and four nephews.

Martin was preceded in death by his father, Peter Leroy Bobb.

Visiting hours will be observed on Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., in the Sibille Funeral Home of Grand Coteau. A family tribute will be held at 10:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home on Saturday Morning.
