Margaret Prejean

CHANDLER, ARIZ. Survived by children Jon Phillips of Jacksonville, FL and Robin Hungerford Burgess of Chandler, AZ and their families, stepchildren Michael Prejean, MD and Becky Miceli, RN of Carencro, LA, and Diane Brinkhaus of Sunset, LA and their families 2 sisters and 1 brother. Born in Hankinson, ND.

Nursing school at Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Lived in Lafayette, LA from 19541984. Chief Nurse Anesthetist at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and then at Lafayette General Hospital. Married anesthesiologist James Prejean, MD and happily resided with him and his extended family in Sunset, LA from 19841999 until Dr. Jims passing, then moved to Chandler, AZ to live with her daughter and family.

A Mass in celebration of her life will be held on May 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 174 Church Street in Grand Coteau, LA, after which her ashes will be interred.

A visitation with light appetizers will be held afterwards at Sibille Funeral Home Chapel, 1473 I49 South Service Road, Grand Coteau, LA.
