Lucille Simon

Grand Coteau – A Rosary will be recited for Lucille McMillan Simone on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 12:30 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel Grand Coteau.  Rite of Committal will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.

Lucille, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2021. She was born 11/30/1937 to Lucille Richard McMillian & John Emmit McMillian, Sr., of Sunset, LA., raised there & graduated from Sunset High School, in 1956; graduated from Hotel Dieu Nursing School in New Orleans in 1959. Married Donald J. Boudreaux & had 3 children—Shelley Ann Boudreaux Lavergne of Carencro, Anthony Brian Boudreaux & William Boyd Boudreaux both of Sunset. She 7 her family moved Back to Sunset in 1967. Mr. Boudreaux died in 1973.

She survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 sisters-in-laws, 1 brother-in-law, and several nieces & nephews, and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Grand Coteau.
