Port Barre Funeral services for Lilly Guillory Lalonde, 91, will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, November 4, 2006, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Port Barre with burial following in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery in Port Barre.

Reverend Nicky Trahan will conduct the services.

Lilly Guillory Lalonde, a native of Plaisance and resident of Port Barre, died at 11:41PM Wednesday, November 2, 2006 at her residence.

Mrs. Lalonde enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening.

Survivors include: three sons, Clarence Lalonde and wife Becky of Baton Rouge, Lovel Lalonde of Port Barre, John Ellis Lalonde, Jr. and wife Christine of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Linda Reed and husband John E. Reed of Port Barre and Sally L. Aymond of Port Barre; two sisters, Alide Guillory Vidrine of Opelousas and Gursie Guillory Laurence of Bay City, TX. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Lalonde was preceded in death by her husband Ellis Joseph Lalonde; parents Nestor and Rosa Vasseur Guillory; brother Calvin Guillory; four sisters, Celina Morgan, Nora G. Smith, Marie G. Coker and Rosa Mae G. Garms.

Pallbearers will be William J. Reed, Chad Bordelon, Johnny Reed, John Lalonde, III, David Miller and Bryant Miller.
