Lila Murr

Port Barre- A Mass of Christian Burial for Lila Claire Murr, will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Barre.

Lila was a resident of Port Barre. She died on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at her home, at the age of 6 months old. She was a very a happy baby, never with out a smile, she brought happiness to everyone.

Survivors include parents, Joshua Murr and Cherie Hartzell of Port Barre, two sisters, Elizabeth Hartzell and Jolie Murr of Port Barre, paternal grandparents, Karen and C.J. Vining of Port Barre, maternal grandparents, Janie and Jesse Williams of Bergman, AK, great grandmother, Betty Whiteley of Midlothian, VA.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre on Friday, December 18, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. On Saturday, visitation will continue from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

A rosary will be held on Friday at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
