Opelousas- Funeral services for Mr. Leland Antoine Devillier, Jr., known to many as Jr. age 51, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park, Opelousas.

Pastor Benny Reppond will conduct the service.

Jr. was a native of Port Arthur, Texas and life-long resident of Opelousas. He died on Monday, May 25, 2009, at Opelousas General Health System. He was a self-employed house painter and a loving brother and uncle.

Mourning his death is brothers, Lenny Devillier and wife Sharon of Opelousas, Robert Dale Devillier and wife Charlotte of Opelousas, Kenneth Kenny Devillier and wife Shelly of Lafayette, David Devillier and wife Alisa of Opelousas; sisters, Barbara Sister Cason and husband Eddie of Shreveport, Shelia Kidder and husband Paul of Denham Springs, and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Mary Grace Lalonde Devillier, Sr.; brothers, Michael Devillier, Carl Devillier and Glenn Tiny Devillier..

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
