Lasondra Roy

Grand Coteau Funeral services for Lasondra Nikki Smith Roy, age 40, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, with a service in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the St. Charles Cemetery.
Rev. Benny Reppond will oficate the Service.
Nikki was a native of the Lafayette area and was a longtime resident of Sunset. She was called to the Lord after a long battle of cancer, on Saturday, December 15, 2012, she passed away at her home. Nikki is a member of the Christian Life Center.

Survivors include mother, Betty Anders and her companion, Norris Bubba Fanguy of Florien, LA, her father, Danny Smith and his wife, Cynthia of Sunset, her husband, Junior Roy of Sunset, sons, Michael White of Sunset, Justice Roy of Sunset, daughters, Ceirra Smith of Sunset, Shakeila White and companion Sylvester Lazare of Sunset, Divante Smith of Sunset, Rayonna Smith of Sunset, her brothers, Danny Jerry Smith of Florien, LA, Joseph Guilbeau and his wife, Brooke of Church Point, her sisters, Stacy Smith of Sunset, Tina Menard and husband, Gregg of Sunset, Tempra Fanguy of Florien, LA, five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Judith Renee Smith.
Pallbearers will be Stephen Dyson, Mark Burleigh, Joey Burleigh, Kylen Guilbeau, Joseph Guilbeau, and Jerry Smith.
Honary Pallbears, Lance Martin, Brayden Guilbeau, and Zeak Menard, Justice Roy, JaVon Valerie, Kingston Mayfield, Junior Roy, Sylvester Lazarre.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Grand Coteau on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, from 9 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
