Lane Bordelon

Opelousas - Funeral service will be held for Lane Bordelon, age 45 at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017, in the Sibille Funeral Home. Fr. Austin Leger will officiate the service.

Lane was a resident of Leonville. He passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Opelousas General Health System. Lane enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting in his spare time.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Stacey Bordelon of Leonville, his children, Alexander Lane Bordelon and Megan Danielle Bordelon of Leonville, mother Ethel Bordelon, brother, Louis Bordelon of Carencro, sisters, Renee Bordelon and Anne Bordelon of Carencro.

He was preceded in death by his Robert Bordelon.

The visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017, and will reopen on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening in the funeral home.
