Kenneth Bell

Port Barre A Memorial Services for Mr. Kenneth Rex Bell will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at New Life Assembly of God Church in Port Barre. Rev. Joe Russo will officiate the services.
Kenneth was a native of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and was currently residing in Port Barre, LA. He passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014, at Opelousas General Health System at the age of 57. He was a truck driver for many years. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran who proudly served his country. He was a past member of the American Legion Post of Crowley. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Carol Scott Bell of Port Barre one son, William John Paul Bell and fianc, Elizabeth Popp of Rayne four daughters, Victoria Bell of Church Point Natalie Lanclos and husband, Lance of Port Barre Sarah Bell of Church Point and Alishia Bell and fianc, Carlton Guidry III of Rayne one brother, Harold Bell of Wisconsin one sister, Pamala Rudd of Port Barre 18 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Rex Bell and Ella Jean Abshire Bell.
A Family gathering will be held in the New Life Assembly of God Church of Port Barre 16257 Hwy 190 Opelousas, LA 70570, on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 3:00 p.m.
