Julius Guillory

Opelousas A Remembrance service will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Opelousas for Mr. Julius Guillory, known to many as DuDeuce.
Julius was a resident of Swords, LA. He passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his residence at the age of 83. He was a welder for many years. He enjoyed dancing and loved to listen to Zydeco music. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include two daughters, Bernadette Garfio of LaCrosse, Virginia and Karla Guillory of Swords seven grandchildren, Jasmine, Rachel, Kodi, Skyler, Lyric, Alexis, and Christopher seven greatgrandchildren, Santiago, Elijah, Lei Lei, Landen, Julien, Jackson, and Shyanne four brothers, Alton Guillory and wife, Nell of Houston, TX Milton Guillory of Los Angeles, CA Michael Guillory and wife, Pat of Texas and Delton Guillory of Texas three sisters, Betty Dickerson and husband, Oliver Sara Piggee, and Jean Alfted, all of Los Angeles, CA and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and goddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Eula Guillory his parents, Theodore and Agnes Guillory one sister, Gerber Simien and one brother, Linus Guillory.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Thursday, April 4, 2013, from 9 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
