Joyce Tatman

Opelousas -Funeral services for Joyce Pulliam Tatman will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Fr. James Brady will officiate the services. Interment will follow in the Myrtle Grove Cemetery.

Joyce was a resident of Opelousas. She died on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at her home in Opelousas, at the age of 87.

Survivors include her son, Richard Tatman and his wife, Angela and her daughter, Helen Tatman of Opelousas, grandchildren, Noah James Tatman and Michelle Renee Hamilton, and one great grandchild, Sam Dalton Hamilton.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Gladys Jackson Pulliam, her husband, James Tatman, brother, Hildred Pulliam, and her sister-in-law, Iola Pulliam.


Visitation will be on Friday, November 18, 2016 in the Sibille Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will reopen on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
A rosary service will be recited at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home on Friday evening.
