Port Barre, La Funeral services for Joseph Morris Guillory, 78, will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 16 , 2007, in Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Port Barre, La . Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre, La.

Pastor Benny Reppond will conduct the services.

Mr. Guillory, a native and resident of Port Barre, died at 4:30 AM, Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at Senior Village Nursing Home, Opelousas, La.

Mr. Guillory was a member of the V.F.W. of Port Barre and also the American Legion Post 334 of Port Barre, La. Mr. Guillory served his Country in the Air Force and after his discharge worked as a truck driver for Nichols Construction Co.

Survivors include: His son, Daniel Guillory of Port Barre and sisters, Helen Locquiao of San Diego, Ca. and Florence Hansel of Val Meyer, Ill.; Mr. Guillory also is survived by a grandchild, Mika Aville.

Mr. Guillory was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Norris Guillory.
