She is survived by her mother, Mary Crouchet; her father, Lionel Crouchet, Sr., sister, Brook Crouchet; brothers, Russell DeSalvo, Lance Crouchet, Lionel Crouchet Jr. and fiancé Eryn Coleman; brother in law, T J Regal, Jr., sister in law, Victoria Crouchet, friend, Allison Pollock; boyfriend, Maxie Zachary Sr., and her god children, Blakely Crouchet, Kinsley Regal, and Thomas Regal, III.
