Opelousas - Funeral services for Jennifer Kaye York will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas. Jason Mesa will celebrate the service. Visitstion will start on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and will resume Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington.

Jennifer enjoyed doing puzzles, brain teasers and little casino games, watching Big Bang Theory, LSU football and baseball and movies, and she loved to boil crawfish and grill steaks outside with Scott before a big game. She will be remembered by everyone she loved as an easy going gal.

She is survived by her fiance, Scott Pitre of Arnaudville; father, Garry York of Corpus Christi, Tx; son, Graham Hillman of Eunice; daughter, Abigail Hillman of Eunice; brothers, Richard and Charles York both of Corpus Christi; and sister, Melissa York of Corpus Christi.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Mizzi York, great-grandparents, Bobby and Jane Williamson, and her cousin Heather Geissler who she always thought of as a sister.
