James Vidrine

Opelousas A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013 for James Billy Vidrine. In the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.

Billy was a resident of Opelousas. He passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Opelousas General Health System, at the age of 68.

Billy was an avid sports fan, and loved to go hunting. He was a loving husband, father. He will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew him.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mrs. Gloria Janey Vidrine of Opelousas, his children, Jeremy Vidrine of Baton Rouge, Jason Vidrine and wife, Bridget of Opelousas, brothers, Charles Vidrine and wife, Gail of Thibodeaux, Roy Vidrine and wife, Theresa of Clearwater, LA., and Randy Vidrine of Brookhaven, MS., sisters, Olivia Teet Morrison and husband, Jim of Maine, Agnes Judy Dupre of Grand Prairie, Lois Bertrand and husband, Jimmy of Washington, and Susan Kelly and husband, Randy of Opelousas, a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delta and Onezia Vidrine, brother, Francis Doo Vidrine.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Saturday, June 8, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
