James Guillory

Port Barre-A Funeral Service for James Willis Guillory, age 79, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Port Barre. Fr. Dan Picard conduct the services. Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre.

Mr. Guillory passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Opelousas General Health System surround by his loving family.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Anna Savoie Guillory of Port Barre; daughters, Rhonda Campbell and husband, Dwayne of Leonville, and Pearl Guillory Leger of Port Barre; step children, Thomas Charles Dolbee of Oregon, Tammy Daigle of Lafayette, Tony Craig Dolbee of Lafayette and Troy Patrick Dolbee of Conroe, TX; sister, Lelia Guillory Doucet of Port Barre. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 13 step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janell Doucet Guillory; parents, Theogene and Marie Pearl Guillory; step-children Darrell Quebedeaux and Terry Dwayne Dolbee.

The family requested visiting hours on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the family of James Guillory (670 Rayne Rd., Port Barre, La 70577).
