Port Barre A Funeral Service for Mr. Glenn Aubrey Wyble age 62, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2014, in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre and private interment will follow at a later date in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington, La. Pastor Benji Richard of First Baptist Church, where Glenn was a member will conduct the Services.
Glenn was a residence of Port Barre. He died on Friday, February 21, 2014, in the Regional Medical Center of Acadiana in Lafayette, La. Glenn worked for Lavergne Trucking Company and Dixie Trucking for many years as a dispatcher. Glenn enjoyed getting together with friends and family on the Bayou at his Sugar Shack. Glenn enjoyed riding up and down the Bayou spending time with his friends and also going into the outdoor kitchen called Sugar Shack II and whipping up a good meal for all. He was a very loving father, and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include sons, Marcus Wyble and wife Ashley of Port Barre, Clint Wyble and Fianc Pamela Ferrara of Port Barre daughter, Natalie Wyble and Fianc Kendric Williams brother, Dale W. Wyble and wife Diane Ryder of Port Barre step sisters, Camellia Persica of Livonia, Ramonda Guidroz of Houma grandchildren, Lauren Wyble, Bailee Wyble and Liliy Wyble.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Villier Wyble, Jr. and Lucille Bailey Wyble brother, Louis Winforn Wyble step father, Charles J. Tyler.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre on Sunday, February 23, 2014, beginning at 8:30 a.m. until time of Service at 2:00 p.m.
