Elaine Mayer

A private service will be held at a later date for Elaine L. Mayer, age 72, who died at her residence on Saturday, October 20, 2012.

Mrs. Mayer was the wife of Dr. Frederick Lionel Mayer and the daughter of Adler Ledoux and Mildred Moreau LeDoux who preceded her in death.

Her survivors include sons, Frederick J. Mayer and wife Sherly of Opelousas, Marc Mayer of Opelousas, and John Mayer and wife Kenley of Oak Island, N.C. one brother, Oland LeDoux and wife Sherry of Opelousas three grandchildren, Caroline, Sara and Elijah Mayer.

She was a loving mother and grandmother and was a devoted friend to many.
