Dustin Ledoux

Opelousas Funeral services for Dustin Joseph Ledoux, age 26, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, 2011, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Opelousas. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park.
Rev. Benny Reppond will officiate the services.
Dustin was a native of Opelousas and was a resident of Port Barre. He died on Friday, February 18, 2011, at his home. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, his family, and friends. He loved remote control vehicles. He was a wonderful and loving father, son, grandson, uncle and friend.
Survivors include his mother, Mitzi Kysar Ledoux his daughter, Chelsea E. Ledoux his fianc, Courtney Lalonde his maternal grandmother, Mary Kysar all of Port Barre his sister, Kristy Lynn Ledoux and three nephews: Kalob, Jacob, and Keegan Ledoux, all of Port Allen.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Joseph Ledoux his maternal grandfather, Roy Kysar and his maternal grandparents: Joseph and Nelma Olivier Ledoux.
Pallbearers will be Mike Kysar, Derek Estes, Kevin Cormier, Bryant Aguillard, Brandon Angelle, and Edward Pap Wyble.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Saturday, February 19, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. On Sunday, visitation will continue in the funeral home from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of LA Hospice and Palliative Care for their wonderful medical care and support during Dustins time of need.
