Doris Artigue

Opelousas– A Funeral Service for Doris Artigue will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home in Opelousas. Pastor Benny Reppond will conduct the service. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery.

Doris, age 94, a resident of Opelousas, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at his home. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by sons, Allen Artigue (Jo Ann) of Opelousas, and Edward Artigue (Natalia) of Merryville Tennessee, brother, Clarence Artigue of Port Barre, sister, Maria Lee of Baton Rouge, three grandchildren, Jessica Mouret, Christine Faul, and Kelsey Artigue, great grandchildren, Amelia, Kylie, Kadyn and Kiley.

He was preceded in death by wife, Thelma Artigue, father, Clemet Artigue, Sr. mother, Angelle Credeur, son, William Artigue, brothers, Lawrence Artigue and Clement Artigue, Jr., sisters, Lena Bell and Anna Lee Guidroz.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
