Opelousas - Funeral service for Donald Prudhomme, Jr. age 37, will be held at a later date.

Donald was a resident of Opelousas. He passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017, in Opelousas.

Donald enjoyed fishing, Bar-B-Quing, shooting pool, riding his four wheeler. He was a wonderful entainer, loved to be around his family and friends, and had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Prudhomme of Opelousas, son, Grant Prudhomme, of Opelousas, daughter, Faith Prudhomme of New Orleans, sisters, April Hollier and her husband, Sherman and Crystal Prudhomme and a host of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his grandmother, Josephine Prudhomme, his father, Donald Wayne Prudhomme, Sr.
