Opelousas Funeral services for Darlene Henderson, age 48, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, in Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Cemetery.
Bro. Perry Hubbs will officiate the services.
Darlene was a longtime resident of Opelousas. She died on Sunday, December 4, 2011, at her residence.
She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her life partner and fianc, Andrew Chan of Opelousas, her mother, Ruth Henderson of Opelousas, her children Larick Shawn Babin, Britnay Babin and Dana Le, all of Opelousas, her brother, Gregory Henderson, Sr., and wife, Wanda of Opelousas, Anita H. Davis and her husband, Rob of Lafayette, two grandchildren DeJa Babin and Avery Napoli of Opelousas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie J. Henderson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
