LAWTELL – A Mass of Christian will be held for Daniel Reviere on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Lawtell. Fr. Ted Broussard will celebrate the mass. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Bridget Cemetery.

Daniel Reviere, 58, of Lawtell, LA passed away Friday morning at his sister’s residence. Danny was a lifelong resident of Lawtell, LA. He was employed by the Lawtell Water Works for 25 years. Danny was fondly known to many as “Danny Rabbit.” He was known for his kindness and eagerness to be helpful. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Daniel is survived by his father, Robert Reviere; brothers, Andy Reviere and wife, Kim of Carencro and Todd Reviere of Broussard; sisters, Monica Reviere Olivier and husband, Wendel of Lawtell and Alison Reviere Bernard and husband, David of Broussard; nieces and nephews, Claire, Jacob, Holly, Michelle, Rachel, Jonathan, Nathan and Kate; great-nieces and great-nephews, Haven, Sawyer, Abram, Audrey, Jackson and Rori.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Noel Reviere; and nephew, Joshua Olivier, maternal grandparents, Evans and Frances Noel; paternal grandparents, Solomon and Edmonia Reviere.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Sibille Funeral Home in Opelousas. The rosary will be recited at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.

Pallbearers will be Andy Reviere, Todd Reviere, Jonathan Olivier, Jacob Reviere, David Bernard and Nathan Bernard.
