Conrad Wendell Perry

Grand Coteau Funeral services for Mr. Conrad Wendell Perry, age 55, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, in Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Coteau. Rev. Wayland Vincent, Pastor of Gumpoint Pentecostal Church, Branch, La. will conduct the services with interment at Bellevue Memorial Park in Opelousas.
Conrad was born in Opelousas and was a resident of Crowley. He passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010, at his residence.
Conrad was a truck driver by trade and he loved to teach people how to drive the big trucks. He loved to spend time deer hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed spending time with the grandchildren. Conrad is going to be missed by family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Thibodeaux Perry of Crowley sons, Shawn Michael Perry of Lafayette, Jeremy Perry of Opelousas, Jonathan Perry Of Opelousas, Jacob Perry of Youngsville stepsons, Rodney Dupre, Jr. and wife Debbie of Opelousas, Buddy Dupre and wife Nicole of Eunice stepdaughter, Brances Gulliory and husband Belvin of Eunice brother, Buddy MacKey and wife Connie of Opelousas sisters, Jeanette Bourgeois and husband Dr. George of Opelousas, Sylvia Darbonne and husband Raymond of Washington, Jimmie Cropper of Opelousas, Arlene Riviere and husband John of Port Barre and fifteen grandchildren.
Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, Francis L. and Marjorie Conrad Perry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 27, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and reopening on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. until time of service in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Coteau.
