Carolyn Courville

Opelousas Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Maebee Donahue Courville, age 69, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2011, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Opelousas. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park.
Rev. Shelby Andre will officiate the services.
Mrs. Carolyn was born in Columbia, SC, was a previous resident of Port Barre and was currently residing in Walker, LA. She died on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at the Golden Age Nursing Home in Denham Springs. She was a waitress and a private duty caretaker for the elderly for many years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Richard and husband, Wayne of BellaVista, Arkansas three sisters, Hilda Fetner of Columbia, SC Shirley Donahue of Myrtle Beach, SC and Dianne Finkley one granddaughter, Addie Laughery and husband, Jonathan of Livingston and four greatgrandchildren: Micah, Aidan, Jacob, and Noah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert Donahue and Addie Marsh Donahue and one sister, Betty Morris.
Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas on Saturday, September 10, 2011, from 10 a.m. until time of services.
