Krotz Springs Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Ann Taylor Naquin, age 47, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, in the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Interment will follow in the First Baptist Church Cemetery in Krotz Springs.
Rev. Chad Bolfa will officiate the services.
Mrs. Naquin, a resident of Krotz Springs, died at 7:45PM on Sunday October 22, 2006 at her residence. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs.
Survivors include two sons: Raymond Naquin, Jr. and wife, Michelle of Port Barre; and Derek Naquin and wife, Randi of Krotz Springs; one daughter, Kelli Naquin of Krotz Springs; two brothers: Roger Bookie Taylor and Robert Tootie Taylor, both of Port Barre; one half-brother, Clyde Taylor of Japan; three sisters: Pearl Guillot of Melville; Candy Taylor and Polly Casse, both of Krotz Springs; eight grandchildren: Tristin Barker, Kadin Barker, Lexi Naquin, Maddie Naquin, Rami Naquin, Reagan Naquin, Jaci Naquin, and Avery Naquin.
She is also survived by three uncles: Merrick Taylor of Woodberry, Tennessee; Franklin Noonie Andrus and Howard Andrus, both of Port Barre; 21 nieces and nephews, and 19 great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles James Taylor, Sr. and Eula Mae Andrus Taylor; one sister, Kathy Marie Taylor; one brother, Charles James Taylor, Jr.; and two nephews: Randy Guillory, Jr. and Blake Taylor.
Visiting hours will be observed at the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre of Port Barre on Monday, October 23, 2006, beginning at 5 p.m. with an all night wake until the time of services on Tuesday.
