Opelousas Funeral Services for Camille Marks, age 87, were held on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Park. Deacon Ulysse Joubert will officiate the service.
Camille was a resident of Whiteville he passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes in Lafayette, on January 18, 2011.

Survivors include his sons Robert Marks, wife, Carolyn of Opelousas, Warren Marks wife, Louise, of Whiteville, daughters Joycelyn Franks husband, Edward of Vidor, TX., Linda Adams husband, Richard of Tatum, TX., Brenda Stagg husband, Micth of St. Landry, brothers Lee Marks of Opelousas, Eric Marks of Luling, LA., sister Evelyn Marks Veillon, of Vidrine, LA., nine grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren, two greatgreatgrandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents Claudius and Alice Marks, wife, Bertha Stoute, brothers Alvin and Carroll Marks, sisters Elise Marks Vidrine, Lillian Marks Vidrine, Eva Mae Marks Andrus, grandson, Jim Marks.
The family requested that the visitation were held on Wednesday, January 18, 2011 from 9:00 am 1:00 pm.
A rosary service were held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday morning in the funeral home.
