Briant A. Bienvenu

Grand Coteau Funeral services for Briant A. Bienvenu, age 93, were held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 20, 2006, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Grand Coteau. Interment followed in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery in Opelousas.

Father Angelo Cremaldi conducted the services.

Mr. Bienvenu, a resident of Huntsville, LA, died on September 17, 2006, at his residence. He was an Aeronautical Enginieer and worked for IBM Computers for many years.

Survivors include: one son, Bryant Bienvenu of Huntsville, LA; one daughter, Mrs. Connie Bienvenu of Espanola, NM; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Lilburne Tee Tee Bienvenu.

Visiting hours were observed from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Grand Coteau.
