Brenda Jeffers

Lawtell Funeral services for Brenda Gail Jeffers, age 49, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas. Interment will follow in the St. Bridget Cemetery in Lawtell. The Reverend Father Ted Broussard will officiate the services.

Ms. Brenda was a resident of Lawtell and passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012, at AcadiaSt. Landry Hospital in Church Point. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, and friend who will be sadly missed.

She is survived by her mother, Bonnie LeJeune Bordelon of Lawtell three sons, Nicholas Jeffers and wife, Robin of Carencro Brandon Jeffers of Opelousas and Jacob Jeffers of Lawtell one daughter, Chasity Jeffers of Iota one sister, Connie Bordelon of Lawtell and four grandchildren, Marlee Mae Jeffers, Aniah Robinson, Aiden Robinson, and Arian Robinson.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Bordelon and two brothers, Darrel Bordelon and Larry Bordelon.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, from 10 am to 2 pm in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
