Beverly Thibodeaux

Opelousas- Beverly Gayle Thibodeaux, 66, passed away peacefully with loved ones at her side December 19, 2019. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Opelousas, Louisiana. Msrg. Keith DeRouen will celebrate the mass. Rite of committal will follow at the Bellevue Memorial.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Thibodeaux, Sr. of Opelousas; son, Joseph Thibodeaux, Jr. and wife Christy of Leonville; daughter, Jami Dupre and husband Chad of Opelousas; brother, Billy Dupre and wife Shelia of Opelousas; sister, Barbara Latiolais of Lawtell; grandchildren, Logan Dupre, Shelbie Gary, Ethan Dupre, Ally Dupre, Brittney Thibodeaux, Taylor Robin, Torie Thibodeaux, Tucker Thibodeaux, Gage Thibodeaux, Landon Thibodeaux, and Tristan Bartlett; great-grandchildren, Kaelon Stevens, Kynlee Stevens, and Aliza Dupre.

She is preceded by her parents, Elie and Rena Woodson; sons, Jonathan Wayne Thibodeaux and Steven Paul Thibodeaux; brother, David Woodson Sr.; and grandchildren, Victoria Thibodeaux and Brennan Thibodeaux.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5pm until 10pm with a rosary at 7pm at Sibille Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Saturday from 8:00 AM until the time of service.
