Betty Chenevert

Port Barre -A Mass of Christian Burial for Betty Marks Chenevert will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre. Rev. Fth. Daniel Picard will celebrate the Mass.

Betty was a resident of Port Barre and died on Monday, November 21, 2016, at her home in Port Barre, at the age of 69.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Douglas Chenevert of Port Barre, two daughters, Carrie Jo Briscoe and her husband Donald of Port Barre, and Misty Badeaux and her husband, Stoney of Arnaudville, 5 grandchildren, Dusty Guerin, Tristen Badeaux, Cammie Badeaux, Devin Briscoe and Cassidy Briscoe sister Carolyn Ramer and her husband, Earl of Panama City, Florida.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Cydalise Stoute Marks and one sister, Barbara Savoie.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. until of service on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre.

A Rosary service will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.
